Refund Policy

At GRSA Tours, we prioritize transparency and fairness in handling refunds. This policy explains how refunds are managed for flight bookings, Umrah packages, visa services, and trip reservations.

General Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued for services that have not yet been confirmed, processed, or delivered. Once services are confirmed with airlines, hotels, or government authorities, refunds may be subject to their policies and restrictions.

Flight Bookings

Refund eligibility for flight tickets depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules. Some fares are non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. GRSA Tours will assist in submitting refund requests for eligible fares, but cannot override airline rules or fare class restrictions.

Umrah Packages

Refunds for Umrah packages depend on supplier (airline/hotel/ground operator) and Saudi visa policies. Once visas are issued or suppliers confirm services, refunds may be limited or unavailable. Partial refunds may apply if cancellations occur prior to supplier confirmations.

Visa Services

Fees paid to embassies/consulates are strictly non-refundable. Service fees paid to GRSA Tours for visa processing are non-refundable once the application has been submitted or any service work has started.

Trip & Tour Reservations

Trip refunds depend on hotel, transport, and local operator cancellation terms. If a provider applies penalties, those will be passed through to the customer. GRSA Tours will attempt to negotiate refunds but cannot guarantee provider decisions.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact our support team with your booking reference and payment proof. Email: info@grsatours.com. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase or before the service is confirmed, whichever comes first. Supporting documentation may be required.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and any third-party supplier processing times.

Exceptions & Promotional Fares

Certain promotional fares, discounted packages, or supplier-specific offers may be explicitly non-refundable. These conditions will be communicated at booking. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure), GRSA Tours will follow supplier policies and applicable laws.
