Cancellation Policy

At GRSA Tours, we value transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the conditions under which bookings for flights, Umrah packages, visas, and trips may be canceled and refunded.
1. Flight Bookings
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund (subject to airline policy).
- After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to airline rules and may include non-refundable fares or service charges.
- No-shows are considered non-refundable.
2. Umrah Packages
- Cancellations requested 30 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, excluding processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 15–29 days before departure may incur up to a 50% charge.
- Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
3. Visa Processing
- Once a visa application has been submitted to the respective authority, the service fee is non-refundable.
- If the application has not been processed, cancellation requests may be accepted with a minimal administrative fee.
4. Trip & Tour Bookings
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the trip start date are eligible for a refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations made within 15–29 days may result in up to a 50% deduction.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@grsatours.com with your booking reference number. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Exceptions
Certain promotional fares, special offers, and discounted packages may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
