Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund (subject to airline policy).
• After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to airline rules and may include non-refundable fares or service charges.
• No-shows are considered non-refundable.

• Cancellations requested 30 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, excluding processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 15–29 days before departure may incur up to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

• Once a visa application has been submitted to the respective authority, the service fee is non-refundable.
• If the application has not been processed, cancellation requests may be accepted with a minimal administrative fee.

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the trip start date are eligible for a refund minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made within 15–29 days may result in up to a 50% deduction.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@grsatours.com with your booking reference number. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
